Let's get charged…or recharged?

While I was reading a blog on recharging secrets of successful entrepreneurs I found a few ways which were really relatable so thought I might share them across.

Here are 21 (half of the) ways. See what you already do or pick what would work best for you to help unwind!

So here goes the list:

  1. Read
  2. Learn Something New
  3. Just get off to bed
  4. Go for a long walk
  5. Give gratitude (I do this in the morning)
  6. Keep working (Whatever makes you happy right?)
  7. Meditate
  8. Gadget Shutdown
  9. Talk on the phone with your loved ones
  10. Time for family
  11. Write down things that were productive
  12. Cook!
  13. Watch T.V.
  14. Get updated on the news
  15. Spend time with the water
  16. Clean your inbox
  17. Netflix & Chill
  18. Reality T.V. & Wine (I can suggest a perfect show to go with the wine!)
  19. Have an evening out
  20. Get ready for the next day
  21. Grab a snack!! (tbh this can be done every hour of the day!!
