A Magic Formula for Solving Worry Situations

One person I always thought of meeting was late Dale Carnegie. The things I have learned from that man is something. And if only his books can do this I can't even imagine the privilege people must have add attending his courses and see him speak live.

While reading his one of the bestselling books; "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living", I came across this magic formula!

The magic for your everyday life. In fact for multiple times of that everyday life?

The amount of stress we take by worrying is really scary and it's not even about the things that actually matter.

During his chat with Mr. Willis H. Carrier, while sharing the challenge Carrier went through, Mr. Carnegie discovered this formula from the former.

It's a simple 3 Step formula that anyone can use it, and maybe some of you already are using it!

Step 1: Ask yourself, "What is the worst that can possibly happen if I can't solve my problem?"
Step 2: Prepare yourself mentally to accept the worst-if necessary.
Step 3: Then calmly try to improve upon the worst-which you have already mentally agreed to accept.

When I and when they talked about imagining the worst it was only for the situation that was worrying you or stressing you out.

Quoting from the book – "When we have accepted the worst, we have nothing more to lose. And that automatically means we have everything to gain!"

If you imagine the worst case scenario and come up with a solution around it, then there is nothing to worry about because you are giving your best to the worst that could happen!

So let that worry go away and give your best to everything without stressing!

Though if you still want to check out more on this, try reading the book. It truly is beautiful!

Love,

D
