It’s a proven fact that what goes inside you is more harmful than anything external. It is your and only your choice if you wish to be happy or unhappy.

It’s on you if you chose to be optimistic or pessimistic about something in life.

Nothing is set in stone, nothing is a sure shot. All you got to do is believe, have hope and just do what makes you happy at that moment!

BUT!

You know that nagging thing in your head, which keeps talking, which keeps overthinking, keeps brining you down even though you try so hard to get up. And it can be for Xyz reasons. It just doesn’t let you be happy, to just go by, live by and try just maybe give your all to be a happy person. But to be a happy person you have to let that tiny little demon go!

You need to get rid of your internal demon to be happy. You need to get over that demon and it’s not easy or fun, but you’ve got to do it!

Let’s try this 3 way step out together! Because guess what, I need it too!

  1. Find your silver lining

  1. Embrace it, and move ahead

Don’t fight your demons. Your demons are here to teach you lessons. Sit down with your demons and have a drink and a chat and learn their names and talk about the burns on their fingers and scratches on their ankles. Some of them are very nice. — Charles Bukowski
